This year, I set a goal to ride 100 miles on my mountain bike in the Mountains to Desert virtual challenge in September.
Mountains to Desert is the annual fundraiser for the Just For Kids Foundation, a 501 (c)(3) based in Telluride, Colorado. JFK provides essential scholarships, operating grants, program support, capital & start-up funding, and new/updated equipment to deserving youth & youth organizations within the towns of Telluride, Norwood, Nucla, Naturita, Paradox & all points in between. A special focus is placed on projects that offer leadership opportunities and/or promote self-sufficiency & responsibility
