Cancer warrior Bernard Robertson, 71, of Johns Creek, GA passed away on September 2, 2022 after a valiant battle against mesothelioma/lung cancer. He is survived by his wife, Sharon Robertson; daughter and son-in-law, Natalie and Dirk Dutoit all of Johns Creek, GA; son and daughter-in-law, Gareth and Jennifer Robertson of Suwanee, GA, and grandchildren Hannelore, Gman, and Jacques.
Bernard was a businessman, starting and running a series of successful enterprises during his life. He always found time to keep in shape by running, biking, and canoeing. He participated in many cycling events, marathons, and other athletic activities, loving the challenges.
At the 2023 Chocolate Tour, the 25-mile cycling event and a walk are named to honor him and to support cancer research.
