37th Annual The Ben to the Shore Bike Tour Presented by NSM Insurance Group

On July 21st, I will be  participating in  my 2nd Ben to The Shore Bike tour. The ride  benefits Families Behind the Badge Children's Foundation. 
I feel blessed that I will be pulled the 65 miles, from Philadelphia to Atlantic City, by members of Team Preston's Nation, alongside my buddy Preston! 
FBBCF'S main mission is to provide support for families of fallen first responders but has recently recognized the need for mental health advocacy and wellness. 
Everyone knows how important first responders are to our community, as I know first hand when I had my stroke in 2021. My life depended on them and they needed to administer first aid immediately. They are not "allowed" to have bad days. They are expected to be mentally sound everyday! Who takes care of them? 
This year our team is focusing on the mental health and wellness of our first responders, and with your support, I can help FBBCF help our everyday heroes!
