Please note that the Bike Service prices are for most bicycles. Some bicycles may require additional time and parts to complete the requested services and so there may be additional fees.

Athlete acknowledges they have the ability to bring their bike back to us at the Playtri tent inside the Athlete Expo Village, if the bike is still needing more adjusting. If the athlete feels their bike is still "not quite right" after being serviced, they have until the day before race day to let us know so that we can address the issue. They must bring their bike back to us at the Playtri tent located inside the Athlete Expo Village.

FOR OUR BUILD AND PACK SERVICE ONLY:                                                                                                                                                                                                                

Once the event has ended, Athletes have 7 calendar days to file a claim with us for any bike packing issues or concerns. After this 7-calendar day period, Athlete forfeits any ability to file a claim.

BIKE RENTALS:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               

Any damage beyond the normal wear & tear will be assessed and charged to your credit card at current retail repair/replacement cost when you return the bike. If you would like to purchase the bike at the end of the program, your initial rental fee will be deducted from the purchase price.    

Athlete acknowledges they are able to bring us the bike at any point during expo hours for any bike adjustments or adjustments to their fit. They also acknowledge they are able to bring us the bike on race day morning to our tent INSIDE TRANSITION on race day morning for any last-minute adjustments to their fit or if their bike needs servicing or quick check over. Those Athletes with electronic shifting are strongly recommended to bring their bike to us at our tent INSIDE TRANSTION so that we can ensure battery level is at optimum levels for the event in case shifter buttons were pressed on in transition through the night.
