Your donation makes incredible things possible for local men, women, and families experiencing homelessness, food insecurity, and housing instability.
Our clients get a warm bed to sleep in and three meals a day. They have access to a computer lab, clothing, laundry, and essential items. They don't have to worry about where their next meal will come from, or how they will stay warm at night. But the Mission is more than just a place for men and women experiencing homelessness to stay. Our goal is for every client to find safe, affordable, and permanent housing - a place to call their own where they can begin to rebuild their life. That's why each client meets with our advocacy team, who connects them to valuable resources and assists them in finding housing, work, transportation, and more. Our clients are good people - they just need a little bit of extra support to overcome challenges and get back on their feet. So far, it's working. In 2022, more than 120 clients found housing!
In addition to homeless support services, we provide meals and food boxes to community members in need, and distribute more than 1200 bags of food to elementary students every weekend through our Backpack Program. Our Mobile Food Pantry brings food boxes to families in 4 counties. We also assist families at risk of homelessness with housing, employment, transportation, childcare items, and more. We also have limited shelter space for families with children experiencing homelessness.
These services are only made possible because of the incredible support we get from the community.
