Course

Start/ Finish at Police Headquarters at Prospect.  Exit Prospect on Fort Hill Road, left on Middle Road.  Middle Road to Flatts then left on North Shore Road.  Left on Black Watch Pass and left on Marsh Folly Road.  At the roundabout go three quarters around and left on Frog Lane.  Left on BFA Way and right on Headquarters Hill to the start/finish.
