Story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page!

On July 21st, 2024, I'll be embarking on a bike ride from the Benjamin Franklin Bridge to the Showboat Casino in Atlantic City, and I'm reaching out to seek your support for a cause close to my heart.

The journey aims to raise funds for the Families behind the Badge Children’s Foundation. Having worked as an electrician in the NJ State police, I witnessed the profound impact of the recent riots and life of the dedicated officers. This experience has fueled my commitment to making a difference.

This year we will welcome Jen Haxworth to the team! She is a volunteer fire fighter out of station 5 in Vineland. The addition of Jen to our team has made a total of 3.

We have secured a clothing company to help with designing our team apparel this year. Please attach your business logo and we will make sure to include it on our shirts!

Your generous donation will not only support my ride but, more importantly, contribute to easing the challenges faced by the Families behind the Badge Children’s Foundation. Together, let's make a positive impact and support those who tirelessly serve our communities.

Thank you for considering this meaningful cause. Your support means the world to me!

The Families Behind the Badge Children’s Foundation (FBBCF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit committed to improving the lives of children in the Greater Philadelphia and South Jersey area. We achieve this by providing necessary financial relief for the families of fallen or critically injured first responders (police officers, firefighters, EMTs) and cultivating positive relationships and interactions between police officers and the children in the communities they serve.
