A local non-profit organization created to promote fun in fitness, GITC is dedicated to the idea that exercise can be fun for the young and the young at heart alike. Walkers, joggers, runners, and cyclists all comprise GITC's membership.  We welcome all exercise levels/speed and invite you to be a member. GITC actively promotes exercise in a variety of ways.  Members can take advantage of organized "fun runs," take part in race participation and attend monthly educational and business meetings.
