J.B. Elia & Associates, LLC was founded by Joseph B. Elia in 2007 when he purchased the firm from long-time Richmond CPA Cal Esleeck. Since then we have proudly served the Chesterfield, Goochland, Hanover, Henrico, and Powhatan communities and are proud to call them home.
