At Run 4our Life, our MOSAIK Initiative (Moms of Small and Interactive Kids) is designed to uplift, empower, and support moms by providing meaningful wellness resources the help them care for themselves while caring for others. 

Through the initiative, we distribute MOSAIK Wellness Starter Kits -- comprehensive, empowering wellness bundles designed to help moms move, build strength, and prioritize their health right from the comfort of their home. Each kit includes: 

• A 30-Day movement and mindset plan
• Kettlebells
• Dumbbbells
• Yoga mat
• Yoga Blocks
• Jump Ropes
• Glider discs
• Resistance bands
• Access to our YouTube channel featuring guided and demo workouts

 

These thoughtfully curated kits are more than just fitness tools-- they are a lifeline of encouragement, energy, and empowerment. We are especially committed to reaching Silver Moms (ages 70 +) and Caregiver Moms -- those who are often balancing multiple responsibilities, pouring into everyone else, and rarely pausing to be poured into themselves. MOSAIK is our way of saying: we see you, and we've got you!
