A program for 1st through 6th graders, promoting a lifelong love for healthy living through running and eating well. Our number one goal is to get kids running safely, and having fun while doing it. During a typical practice we play fun running games, learn and practice stretching with yoga, learn about what foods make good fuel for the body and which don’t, build self-esteem, set goals, and workout to build strength and stamina for our end of season fun run.
